The Cottages

 The Cottages are purpose-built, single-family luxury rental communities set in an amenity-rich neighborhood and overseen by a professional, onsite management company. 

Each community consists of one-, two- and sometimes three-bedroom rental homes designed with sidewalks, drive-up parking, select garages and ‘Class A’ amenities. These amenities include a clubhouse, large central park, a fitness center, a resort-style pool, an outdoor kitchen and pet parks. Every rental home is designed with front and rear porches, nine-foot ceilings, hard-surface floors, as well as modern kitchens and bathrooms.
